Bouquets arrosés pour Alexis aux Pays-Bas

Alexis Contin a pris deux victoires en deux jours : une à Emmeloord et l'autre à l'occasion de l'édition 2008 de l'Univé Skate-Off. Pour se faire, il s'est défait de ses adversaires belges, néerlandais et colombiens... Et des conditions climatiques pluvieuses !

Alexis est d'abord allé s'imposer à Emmeloord, une manche du challenge World on Wheels, le 29 avril. Il décroche l'or devant  Sjoerd Huisman (Nefit) et Gary Hekman (Raps). A noter que l'autre représentant tricolore dans cette course de 50 tours, Tristan Loy, termine 35ème.

Alexis a enfin pris la première place du  20km élimination à Heerde le 1er mai. Il s'est cette fois débarassé de ses deux derniers compagnons, Ferre Spruyt (Luigino) et Sjoerd Huisman (Nefit).

Alexis double victory in the Netherlands!

Alexis Contin captured two victories in the Netherlands these past days. He firstly won the World on Wheels in Emmerlood on the 29th of April in front of Sjoerd Huisman (Nefit) and Gary Hekman (Raps). On the 1st of May, in raining conditions, he finished first of the 20km elimination race of Heerde, in front of Ferre Spruyt (Luigino) and Sjoerd Huisman (Nefit).

In the woman division, Hilde Goovaerts (Cado Motus World) once again proved she was an awsome champion: she won in Emmerlood in front of two Colombians, Luz Guzman and Maria Salazar; she finished third of the 20km elimination race of Heerde, just behind Salazar and Guzman!
